Multi-mode readers for evolving assay demands

The SpectraMax® iD3s and iD5e Multi‑Mode Microplate Readers deliver flexible, scalable solutions for absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence assays—designed to support evolving research needs.

The SpectraMax iD3s reader provides a streamlined, cost‑effective platform featuring a tunable monochromator, temperature control, and optional onboard fluidics.

Building on this same core architecture, the SpectraMax iD5e reader includes all iD3s capabilities and adds expanded detection modes such as time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) and tunable fluorescence polarization (FP), with the ability to support advanced applications including TR-FRET (e.g., HTRF®), and western blot detection workflows.

Both readers support onboard fluidics, with optional dual injectors, to enable kinetic and reagent‑addition workflows.
